If it hurts today, call us today

Call (270) 904-4404 and tell us you are in pain. We make every attempt to see you that same day, because a toothache should not wait for an opening next week. Since we see emergencies, a visit can occasionally start later than planned. We work hard to stay on schedule, and we appreciate your patience.

Trouble breathing or swallowing, swelling spreading toward your eye or neck, or a serious injury to the face? Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Every tooth, under the microscope

The canals inside a tooth are tiny, and many curve or branch. Dr. Brasseale treats every tooth under a surgical operating microscope, which lights and magnifies it, so the details that decide whether a tooth heals are in plain view.

Your first visit, start to finish

  1. Forms and x-rays

Fill in your health history at home or when you arrive, and bring a list of every medicine you have taken in the past month. Our assistant asks about your tooth and how it has been feeling, then takes x-rays.

  2. A clear answer

Dr. Brasseale tests the tooth and the teeth beside it, then tells you exactly what he finds, what your options are, and the benefits and risks of each.

  3. Treatment can start the same day

Say yes, and treatment may begin right away. We numb the tooth first with local anesthetic.

  4. Back to your dentist

We take a final set of x-rays and send your dentist a report. You leave with written aftercare and an appointment at your dentist's office for the filling or crown.
